Please join Galenaro's operating policies for a healthy and enjoyable circuit culture. * Guidelines are provided with the usage agreement when registering for circuit use.

What is 1/10 scale?
It refers to a scale model car that is 1/10 the size of a real car.
There are various sizes of RC cars such as 1/8 and 1/5.
Galenaro Racing Circuit is designed for 1/10 scale vehicles.
Only vehicles equipped with rubber or sponge tires are allowed.
Engine RC cars using fuel are not allowed.
If you have questions about whether your car can run, please inquire on the consultation board.
Please only look at the display products.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian in the shop.
Products with damaged labels cannot be exchanged or refunded.
A fee will be charged for exchanges due to change of mind. Exchange/refund is possible within 1 week (with receipt).
Reserved products are not displayed in the shop. Please inquire at the desk for reserved products.
This is a place used by various age groups. Please refrain from abusive language and slander.
For a pleasant pit experience, please clean up any trash before leaving.
Do not place additional racks or personal items on the designated seat shelves.
Please refrain from playing music with personal speakers for others.
For work requiring ventilation, use the paint/sanding room.
If you eat in the pit, please use the recycling area to dispose of leftovers and containers as instructed.
After eating in the pit, please clean the table thoroughly.
If you leave problematic batteries in the pit, a disposal fee will be charged after CCTV confirmation.
Do not bring food or drinks onto the race course.
When watching driving on the course, please stay outside the yellow line.
If there are no cars driving on the course, do not walk or run on the course.
Be sure to follow the attached course etiquette and safety rules.
If you have any questions about the course, please ask the staff.
When washing car bodies, be sure to use the sink.
Return shared items to their original place after use.
When painting with your own spray can, do not spray paint on the walls of the paint room.
If contaminated, a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for the affected area.
After sanding tires, clean up any debris with a vacuum cleaner.
If you need to process parts or do other work with personal equipment, please inquire at the counter.
Do not lean or hang on the control stand railing.
To prevent obstructing others' view and falling accidents, please refrain from such actions.
When driving, refrain from any actions that may disturb others.
Please refrain from any actions that may inconvenience other users, such as abusive language or slander.
Be considerate to beginners and yield to experienced drivers.
Never drive in the opposite direction on the course under any circumstances.
Following the timetable is both etiquette and a rule. Please always comply.
When cars are running on the course, refrain from any actions that may interfere with others' driving or endanger your own safety.
If your car overturns or is damaged and cannot continue, promptly inform other users on the course.
If you need to enter the course to restore your car, repeatedly announce the course hazard loudly from the control stand until restoration is complete.
When entering the course, move so as not to interfere with running cars, and continue to announce your presence for restoration.
You are responsible for caring for your own car.
If you receive help from others on the course, please express your gratitude politely.
There are various objects placed on the course, so be especially careful to avoid safety accidents.
The circuit is not responsible for accidents caused by failure to observe etiquette and safety rules.
Please be especially careful to avoid disputes among customers by thoroughly understanding the above.
CCTV is recording. Do not throw away anything other than waste generated during circuit use.
For delivery food, be sure to separate food containers and leftovers.
If you throw away waste unrelated to circuit use (other scale waste bodies, household waste, etc.), a disposal fee of 70,000 KRW will be charged.
Used batteries for driving cannot be disposed of in the recycling area.
Please do not throw away delivery boxes brought to the track.
After use, use an appropriate amount of toilet paper and flush it down the toilet.
Please refrain from using regular wet wipes other than those for restrooms.
Do not wash car bodies or dishes in the sink.
If you smoke in the restroom, a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged (including both regular and liquid types).
Do not throw anything other than used hand towels in the hand towel trash can.
After use, return the compressor gun to its original place.
Do not do anything other than removing car dust in the compressor zone (such as painting, etc.).
If a non-registered user uses the cleaning compressor, a daily circuit usage fee will be charged.
Driving RC cars in the parking lot is dangerous. Please refrain from doing so.
Please refrain from painting or any actions that may harm others' vehicles in the parking lot.
Do not use kickboards, drones, or RC planes in the parking lot or open space.
To facilitate vehicle departure, we may announce vehicle movement via broadcast. Please cooperate.
